TOURISM TAX

In compliance with the City Council resolution n. 35 of 29/03/2012, from April the 1st the City of Greve in Chianti will introduce the tourism tax, applied to nonresidents staying overnight, for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights.

The tourism tax rate for this accommodation facility is Euro 2,50 per person per night

It is not applied to:

children (up to 14 years old);
patients waiting for admittance to hospitals and health centres located within the municipal administrative areas (including day hospital patients) or people who provide assistance to patients staying in hospitals and health centres located within the municipal administrative area (max two people for each patient);
a guide and a coach driver for any group of 20 people;
disabled people with special needs, including a companion;
employees of companies that have an agreement with this accommodation facility

ALL ACCOMMODATION HAVE:

Air conditioning/heating, minibar, satellite tv, telephone, some are equipped with jacuzzi bath tub or shower.
Two swimming pools, wellness centre, steam bath, tennis court, jacuzzi pool, mountain bikes, fully equipped gym, children playground, billiards and table tennis are at our guests’ disposal.
