DELIVERY

Deliveries will be made to the address indicated on the order.
In the event that an item ordered is not available due to a technical error, the client will be notified via email regarding any delay so as to confirm processing of the order.
Vignamaggio does not assume any responsibility for delays of delivery due to strikes or other transportation related issues which would impede the approximate delivery times indicated.
Our shipping partners deliver during normal business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm). For this reason it is advised to have the goods delivered to an address where someone is present at all times. It is also recommended to supply a phone number in the event that the shipping agent needs additional information regarding delivery.
Vignamaggio does not assume responsibility for any additional shipping charges due.

ORDERS

We accept a minimum order of 6 bottles.

PACKAGING

In order, to protect the bottles we use an expanded polystyrene packaging.

PRICES

The prices shown include taxes and are valid exclusively for online purchases (they may not coincide with the prices and offers valid in other stores in the world).
Prices are in Euro currency. Wine prices DO NOT INCLUDE delivery costs.

RESPONSIBILITY

Vignamaggio guarantees that the products shipped are those indicated on the web site. On arrival the client should inspect the goods immediately. Should any items appear to be in error (wrong vintage or product) or should any items appear damaged in any way, the client is required to communicate said discrepancies. Vignamaggio does not accept complains passed 8 days. At the time of delivery, should the parcel(s) appear visibly damaged or if the number of parcels does not correspond with the order, the client is advised not to accept delivery or to indicate on the shipping documents that the goods were “accepted subject to further inspection”. If you suspect the bottle is bad, please return us the cork. We can't take back any empty bottles!
